Certain dishes just taste so much better with fresh vegetables and herbs. All vegetables taste so much better fresh, but some better than others. Our Specialty Farms provide those fresh ingredients for those dishes and a few of those special tasting vegetables to make the taste you enjoy so much better. Maybe a Specialty Farm is more to your taste or maybe it will help you decide on what you would like to grow in your garden.

We have even added a cut flower farm if you would rather enjoy cut flowers throughout the summer and attract butterflies to your farm.  

  

* Salad Farm        

The salad farm features an assortment of greens, grape or cherry tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, and carrots. There are other vegetables like radishes and broccoli you can add or substitute in depending on the size of your farm.

* Salsa Farm

Salsa definitely taste better with fresh vegetables. This farm has tomatoes, an assortment of peppers (how hot, you decide) , garlic, onions, and cilantro.

* Italian Sauce Farm

Try your hand at homemade tomato sauce. If you have never experienced tomato sauce made from fresh tomatoes and herbs, you are in for a treat. This farm has Sauce tomatoes, green peppers, sweet peppers, onions,  oregano and basil.

* Tomato and Pepper Farm

Experience an assortment of tomatoes and peppers that will add to any recipe. Tomatoes for slicing, salads, sauces or juice are part of this farm. A wide range of peppers from very hot to sweet to satisfy your taste for peppers.

* The Bean Farm

Enjoy a wide variety of different beans that can add flavors to salads or to any meal.

* Herb Farm

Every dish taste better with flavor that comes from fresh herbs. The Herb Farm has basil, oregano, cilantro (the seeds are used as coriander), parsley, sage, and chives. Some of these are perennials.

* Edible Flowers

There are many flowers that are edible. This way you not only enjoy the beauty of the flower, but you can eat it as well.

* Cut Flower Farm

Brighten your house with fresh cut flowers right from your cut flower farm. Watch how this farm attracts butterflies to your farm.
